1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the EP92 Game website, mobile application, or any of its services, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it – whether through a browser on a desktop computer, through a mobile browser, or through the EP92 Game Android app.

EP92 Game reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified through the platform. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Withdrawals will be sent to a payment account registered in your own name – EP92 Game does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal requests on fully verified accounts are processed within the timeframes displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen method and any verification steps that may be required. EP92 Game does not charge standard withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply fees on their end.

• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed before processing as part of standard security and verification procedures.
• Accounts must be fully verified before withdrawals above certain thresholds can be processed.
• EP92 Game reserves the right to delay processing where further information or documentation is required.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of request within your account.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against EP92 Game without prior contact with support.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting support. If a real money balance remains at the time of voluntary closure, EP92 Game will process a withdrawal of any eligible funds to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.
